Kenneth Cole's new line for fall, the Kenneth Cole Collection, is a more luxurious and fashion forward version of his main line.  Women's, menswear, and accessories are all part of this fabulous new line.  Prices range from $400 for dresses to $900 for outerwear and even higher...quite a price jump for Mr. Cole.  Take a peek at the new collection...

Mixed Media Jackets

Another one of my favorite trends for the upcoming fall is the mixed media look.  Mixed media: combining two different materials that don't normally go together into one garment.  One of my first forays into this look was seeing the Zara denim/leather jacket.  I was fascinated by the combination of the denim body mixed with the contrasting leather sleeves.  It reminded me of the baseball/varsity letter jackets worn back in high school but with a more contemporary vibe.  Probably the most well known version of this look is the Burberry leather sleeve trench coat. Now this look is popping up everywhere and in many forms.  Here are a few of the pieces capturing my attention at the moment...
