Cosmopolitan and Helen Gurley Brown

It was sad to hear of the passing yesterday of magazine icon Helen Gurley Brown.  She was an incredible pioneer for women through her contributions in the magazine industry.  As a tribute to this amazing woman, here are a few of my favorite Cosmo covers through the years.

    Like Anne i'm sad to hear of her passing.
    I love these vintage covers. Kate Moss, Gia Carangi... Amazing supermodels. These covers was so glamourous.

    I'm really ashamed to say that I did'nt know of Helen Gurley Brown,but I am sad to here the news,its always incredibly sad to hear someone has passed.But It's lovely to see she had inspired you for you to do this dedication with this stunning vintage cosom covers.

    What a sad loss, you are right about her great contribution. It was so interesting so see these retro magazine covers from before I was born! How things have changed. I can barely believe thats Kate Moss! Jennifer Aniston looks so good in the red dress!
