Spring Dresses Under $30!

With the temperatures finally starting to rise in most parts of the US (yesterday was 90+ degrees here in Texas), it's time to start looking at spring dresses.  I was curious what might be available for under $25 or $30, and I was surprised to see these lovely finds...

Thoughts on my dress picks showcasing the spring trends of bright colors (especially blues), striping, florals, black and white, maxis, and the return of the last year's popular high-low look?
